Birches of New Hope is a beautifully designed and well-appointed Continuing Care Residence Community in Solebury, PA. The building has been planned to give older adults of all levels of care an inviting atmosphere that encourages socialization and at the same time provides comfortable and attractive private quarters. Common spaces on the first floor include a theater, a full-service salon, an arts and crafts room, and a huge fitness center that encourages residents to focus on physical well-being. The first floor also offers a private dining space, a lovely dining area, and an outdoor area for eating, resting, and socializing with friends. The second floor is equipped with a bistro, a game room, a second activity room, and a delightful roof deck with tables for dining, playing games, or enjoying a drink with a friend. The The third-floor supplies Assisted Living residents with a common space and large apartment options.
Design for memory care is a specialized area of architecture, and JRPA has brought its extensive experience into this design. In the Memory Care Wing, the first floor provides residents with a separate salon, an attractive dining room, an activity room, and an enclosed outdoor space, all designed with particular attention to memory care best practices. The Memory Care Wing second floor is furnished with a medical care suite, a lounge area, and a library.
The design and attention to detail throughout the building allows all residents to truly enjoy a dynamic, convenient, and healthy environment.
