Villa Morlatton was a successful independent living residence, but the owners wanted to expand the program for seniors with the addition of a building for assisted living and memory care residents. The existing facility now offers 55 new assisted living units and an additional 28-unit wing for memory care. The new building was designed to connect to the existing building with a second-floor bridge that spans the parking lot. The memory wing is on the third floor with a rooftop garden for residents to enjoy relaxing and socializing in the fresh air.
