This interior design project involved a two-part expansion of the original clubhouse for the Newton's Landing Active-Adult community. The first part consisted of an expansion of the common room. JRPA was subsequently asked to return to refurbish the remainder of the clubhouse. The intent of the design was to create open, light-filled rooms that were efficient in their intended use and aesthetically pleasing to encourage socialization and recreation.
