The clients approached JRP Architects when they realized they were quickly outgrowing the farmhouse they had been living in on their large, working, family farm. They wanted to build a new home that would incorporate the elements of a traditional farmhouse but with up-to-date elements for contemporary family living. The designers went to work to create a stunning farmhouse that takes advantage of the outdoors with porches and patio spaces and lots of windows to take advantage of views of the surrounding fields. The final result is a spacious and light-filled home with classic elements to add charm to a well-organized and functional family home.
